1.Start>> Run>> type Regedit
2.Find the key>> HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\ControlContentIndex
3.Find the Key Called "Startup Delay".
4.Double Click On It.
5.Now where its Base Click Decimal.
6.Now you show Default Value :4800000
7.Change The Value To 40000
8.Close the Registry Editor and Rest
